 Geribá beach is the beach for the rich and famous from Brazil and abroad. It is also the longest beach in a town with 22 other ones.
It is empty for the local to rest on weekdays and packed with the young and beautiful on the weekends to party.

Brazil. It can be done in a week time and it doesn't require lawyers, but the local notary.
No extras fees apart from an extra £150-£200 for legal house papers and notary work.
Foreigners are allowed to own properties in Brazil only by applying for a Brazilian insurance number and it takes about two weeks to get one through Banco do Brasil.
