#14 Caya Bunita Bista is a hillside,
custom designed, Spanish Mediterranean-style, multilevel home nestled on a ¾ acre lot. The home was designed, at every level, to make you feel that you are a part of the outdoors and to blend with the natural landscape surrounding the home.
Each element and level of the living area is designed to take advantage of the views of the natural preserves, the island of Aruba and the Caribbean. The views extend through arched doors, windows,
balconies, and sliding doors that visually expand the living areas outdoors and offer views of the terraces, the infinity pool and the landscaped gardens beyond.
Finally, thirty-five feet up is a star deck that offers panoramic views of the stars, Caribbean, and the island of Aruba.
The design is true Spanish Mediterranean.
The stucco exterior, tiled multilevel roofs, arched doorways and windows and the multilevel terraces form a courtyard
around the infinity pool. The Sunset House, complete with a full bath, extends across the front of the pool to further create a courtyard effect and allows a perfect, covered exterior spot to watch the spectacular Aruba sunsets.
Entry: The arched, double-door entry opens into a dramatic octagon shaped foyer of arched entryways that lead to the various levels, stairs and rooms from the first entry level of the home.
