During the sunsets the asmuth of the sun is followed across the tops of the mountains never repeating its spectactular rendering of colour and cloud composition.

The access road is on the east side ending in a cul-de-sac. The site slopes down to the west. The design concept takes full advantage of the views and sunlight. The region is well known for the glorious fall colours, heavy winter snow falls and the vigorous growth spring and summer. The forest is a unique mixed blend of maples cedars, pines, birch, poplar, tamerac, numerous schrubs, wild berry bushes and flowers.
