The plot is running with biological-dynamic permaculture and there are trees around which protect the plot from winds and ensure privacy.
The tasteful entrance gives you a feeling of the meditteranean, as well
as the orchards, vegetable gardens and herb gardens which are fully equipped with functioned watering systems. There are two deep wells with pure water and water tanks hold 3,500 litres.

The plot is situated close to the Parque Natural Serra Sao Mamede. This region is
very original and sparesely populated. There is no industry. You can watch eagles and more interesting animals. There are many medieval villages, which are very interesting to visit. There are also possibilities for riding, swimming and surfing. There are many inns with excellent food and beverages. There are dream countrysides for holidays and relaxation.
